Shipping and returns

Cairo the same week. The rest of Egypt in three to five working days. Those are the numbers we expect to hit rather than the numbers that sound best, and if a parcel is going to miss them you will hear it from us before you have to ask.

You have fourteen days from delivery to return a piece for a full refund without giving a reason, and thirty days if it arrives faulty or not as described. That is Egyptian consumer law, not our concession, and the whole text is on terms of sale, in Arabic as the law requires.

Fourteen days, unworn, tags on. A personalised piece cannot be returned.

Return shipping is on us if the fault is ours — a print off placement, a seam, the wrong size in the bag. If it fits and you changed your mind, the return courier is on you.

There is no restocking fee. A fee for changing your mind is a fee for our sizing being hard to read, and the fix for that is the tolerance printed on the page.

Cash to the courier, or InstaPay before it ships. There is no card form on this site, and nobody from here will ever ask you for a card number.
