Terms of sale

You choose a line here and send the order from your own messages. A person reads it and answers with a confirmation and the date the piece is cut. Nothing is charged on this site and there is no card form on it, so an order is not final until somebody has answered you.

كيف يتم الطلب فعلًا

تختار العبارة من هذا الموقع وترسل الطلب من تطبيق المحادثة الخاص بك. يقرأه شخص حقيقي ويؤكده ويخبرك بموعد تجهيز القطعة. لا يُخصم أي مبلغ على هذا الموقع ولا توجد فيه خانة لبيانات البطاقة، فالطلب لا يكون نهائيًا قبل أن يردّ عليك أحدنا.

Every price on the site is the price of the piece, and shipping inside Egypt is included in it. There is one price and there are no fees: no delivery charge, no setup charge, no charge for choosing your own line or your own typeface. The total you see before you send the order is the total.

السعر المعروض

كل سعر معروض على الموقع هو سعر القطعة نفسها، والشحن داخل مصر مشمول فيه. هناك سعر واحد ولا توجد أي رسوم إضافية: لا رسوم توصيل، ولا رسوم تحضير، ولا رسوم لاختيار عبارتك أو الخط الذي تريده. الإجمالي الذي تراه قبل إرسال الطلب هو الإجمالي.

Cash to the courier when the box is in your hands, or InstaPay before it ships. Those are the two ways, and you pick one when you send the order. Nobody from here asks you for a card number, a PIN or a code sent to your phone — if a message asks, it is not us.

الدفع

نقدًا لمندوب التوصيل عند استلام الطلب، أو تحويلًا فوريًا عبر إنستاباي قبل الشحن. هاتان هما الطريقتان، وتختار إحداهما عند إرسال الطلب. لا يطلب منك أحد من هنا رقم بطاقة أو رقمًا سريًا أو رمزًا يصل إلى هاتفك، وأي رسالة تطلب ذلك ليست منّا.

You may send a piece back within fourteen days of receiving it, unworn and with its tags on, for a full refund and without giving a reason. A piece that arrives faulty or not as described carries thirty days and we collect it ourselves. You do not have to argue for either of those.

إرجاع القطعة

يمكنك إرجاع القطعة خلال أربعة عشر يومًا من استلامها، غير مستعملة وبعلاماتها كما هي، واسترداد كامل المبلغ دون إبداء سبب. وإذا وصلت القطعة معيبة أو مخالفة للوصف فالمدة ثلاثون يومًا ونتحمل نحن مصاريف استلامها. ولا تحتاج إلى مجادلة أحد للحصول على أي منهما.

We ship anywhere in Egypt. Greater Cairo arrives within the same week, and everywhere else takes three to five working days. Those are the numbers we expect to hit, and if a parcel is going to miss them you hear it from us before you have to ask.

نشحن إلى جميع محافظات مصر. تصل الطلبات داخل القاهرة الكبرى خلال الأسبوع نفسه، وإلى باقي المحافظات في ثلاثة إلى خمسة أيام عمل. هذه هي المدد التي نتوقع الالتزام بها، وإذا تأخّر الطلب عنها نبلغك قبل أن تسأل.

Write to the same account you sent the order to and it is read by one of us, not by a queue. Say the order reference and what went wrong. A piece that is our mistake is our cost to fix, including the courier both ways.

راسلنا على الحساب نفسه الذي أرسلت إليه الطلب، ويقرأ رسالتك واحد منّا لا نظام آلي. اذكر رقم الطلب وما حدث. وأي خطأ من جانبنا نتحمل تكلفة إصلاحه، بما في ذلك الشحن في الاتجاهين.

This is a small shop rather than a registered company, and no lawyer wrote this page. What is on it is what we do — the windows above are the ones we honour, and the person who answers your messages is the person who packed the box.
